CFI is a regional commercial real estate asset and property management firm that had outgrown its brand and needed a refresh to reflect its continued success and expansion in the market. Playa worked with CFI to update its identity, while still maintaining at its core, their family-owned feel and custom approach to delivering service. Services included brand strategy, website, corporate brochure, flyers, email marketing, signage, property marketing and business development template system.
